Our customers love our mobile tire service, and why wouldn’t they! Saving fleets time with mobile oil changes is a huge benefit of using our service, and mobile tire services will save you even more!
Sales and Service
Did you know, we provide tire sales, mounting and balancing, free tire repair, and free rotations, all from our service trucks? This is a major benefit that you may not be taking advantage of. Sitting at a tire shop, in my experience, takes even more time than it does to get your oil changed. The time you save by using our mobile tire service is huge.
Repairs
We all know how those pesky nails always find their way into your tires at the most inopportune times, often at job sites, dealing with that is not my definition of fun! We will show up and repair your tire while you continue working.
I’ve touched on this briefly in a past blog post “Our Schedule. Food for Thought.” We are not an emergency service, but the way we operate creates plenty of breathing room in our schedule, so we are often able to help you with short notice if the need arises. We cannot guarantee that we will be available in those emergency situations, however, we will try. This is why we maintain your spare tires during our oil change and maintenance check services, at the very least, you will always have that as a backup!
Tire replacement
If, during one of our inspections, we find that your tires need to be changed, we will send you a tire quote with a few different options. From that quote you can select what tires fit your needs, or, you can request to have a different brand/tire quoted. We have over 35 brands available. After you decide what tires you want, our scheduler will check to see if they are in stock or need to be ordered. Based on that information we can pick a time to install the tires you select. It’s always great when they are in stock, but in those cases that they are not, we can usually expect to get them shipped to us in 2-3 business days.
Remember, we provide preventative maintenance, and usually catch things before they become a burden. With tires, we mark them as due for replacement when they reach 4/32 of an inch, which we estimate to be about 4k miles left worth of tread left. The legal requirement to have them changed is 2/32 of an inch. This gives your company, and us, breathing room to have tires ordered and changed! Preventative maintenance takes the stress out of running your company, and that’s why we love it here at Rogers Mobile Lube & Tire!
